How does RocketReach pricing work?

Despite no mention of credits on the pricing page, RocketReach pricing is credit-based. It means that, depending on the nature of your plan, you may be charged credits for lookups and exports.

When signing up for a RocketReach Team subscription, you can choose between two and five user seats or get a custom quote for more users.

How to cancel the RocketReach contract?

If you’re a RocketReach customer and want to terminate your contract, there are three options based on the type of plan you have:

  1. Free service: No fee and no subscription to cancel. You deactivate your account via the accounts page.
  2. Individual and non-custom packages: Head to manage subscriptions from your accounts page when logged in and select cancel subscription.
  3. Custom plans: You’ll need to send an email to your RocketReach Account Manager or to sales@rocketreach.co.

Several users have found cancelling RocketReach difficult. Don’t assume you cancelled your plan until you see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email. Be sure to cancel well before the end of your term to prevent an automatic renewal.

Also, note that your leftover credits should remain available until your subscription cycle ends.
