Sales Companion is a user-friendly tool for Sales and RevOps teams to build prospect lists, research accounts, and identify in-market buyers using intent, hiring, and tech signals.
DaaS is a data delivery solution that feeds B2B data - covering demographics, firmographics, technographics, and more - directly into your CRM, CDP, or data warehouse. Sales Companion and DaaS can be used stand-alone or as a combined solution. Used together, they give you the benefit of a scalable data infrastructure and a user-friendly sales prospecting tool to enable sellers to optimise their efforts at scale.
There are three main phases in a DaaS project.
- We’ll start with a discovery call to align on your goals and determine the kind of data that your business needs and the best way to deliver it to you. You'll have the option to share a sample of data from your CRM with us and share information about the kind of companies and buyer-profiles that are in your ICP.
- Using your CRM data sample we can provide you with an analysis of how many records we have matched, your accuracy rates and how many missing or incorrect records you have. We'll also share how many additional fields, like mobile numbers, LinkedIn URLs, person location and job titles that you may not have attached to your records. Using the information about your ICP, we'll also give your insight into the universe of potential companies and decision-makers that are not in your CRM records. Finally, we'll share your compliance analysis - letting you know if there are any contact records in your CRM that are on 'Do-not-call' (DNC) lists.
- Following a deep-dive in your data, our Professional Services team will work with you to design the best approach to deliver data to you - whether via API, a flat file, or other manual method. We’ll also cover formatting requirements and whether there are any custom data aggregations needed.
