Cognism Appoints Dominic Allon as CEO and Chris Evans as CRO

London, [9/09/25] — Cognism, a leader in AI-enabled B2B sales intelligence and revenue acceleration, today announced the appointment of Dominic Allon as Chief Executive Officer and Chris Evans as Chief Revenue Officer.

Allon succeeds Pete Daffern, Interim CEO, who has successfully guided Cognism through a pivotal stage. Daffern, a long-standing supporter of the company, will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors and champion Cognism’s growth journey.

With more than three decades of experience scaling global technology businesses, Allon brings a proven track record of driving revenue performance, product innovation, and international expansion.

Most recently, he served as CEO of Pipedrive, where he oversaw significant growth, reinforced the company’s position as a leading CRM platform, and launched multiple AI-driven features to boost sales team productivity. His expertise in embedding AI into sales workflows and his deep understanding of the sales technology landscape uniquely position him to lead Cognism into this next phase.

Prior to Pipedrive, Allon was SVP and General Manager at Intuit’s QuickBooks International, where he scaled the business across major global markets, spearheading product localisation and go-to-market strategies that established QuickBooks as the essential cloud accounting solution. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at Google, including three years as Managing Director of Google Hong Kong, leading strategic partnerships and commercial operations..

Evans joins Cognism as CRO with a strong track record in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, where he has consistently exceeded revenue targets and built scalable go-to-market operations.

Most recently, he was Deputy CEO at Mapal Group, and prior to that served as VP and UK Country Manager at Intuit. Evans led QuickBooks UK during a period of major regulatory shifts, including Making Tax Digital and Open Banking. In this role, he played a pivotal part in driving significant growth and supporting UK small businesses in adopting digital accounting.

Evans’ blend of leadership across sales, customer success, and operations makes him well-placed to align Cognism’s Revenue team—accelerating revenue growth and delivering greater customer value.

These leadership appointments mark an exciting new chapter for Cognism. Under Allon’s strategic leadership and Evans’s proven ability to drive revenue performance, Cognism will double down on expanding its AI-enabled revenue intelligence suite and strengthening its position as the go-to platform for the most accurate, complete, and compliant B2B data in Europe.
