Sub-processors

Cognism engages sub-processors to process data on behalf of its customers (who are the data controllers of such data) where this is necessary for the provision of its services. Cognism requires all sub-processors to commit to robust privacy-related obligations to guarantee their ongoing compliance to applicable data protection laws and regulations. The below table lists the approved sub-processors and identifies the legal entities engaged in, and the location of, the processing and storage of personal data where Cognism acts as a data processor on behalf of its customers. This list is reviewed at least annually and updated as necessary to reflect any changes in sub-processing arrangements.
