Data Efficiency & Consistency First: H1 '23 at Cognism

With 2023 half complete (scary, I know), we thought it best here at Cognism to update you on what we’ve been working on these past 6 months - it’s only fair, right? It’s been too long, and we miss you!

As a Product Marketer, looking ahead will always be a large part of my day-to-day, but as a wise woman (my manager) once said “reflecting on past achievements is just as important as planning the next big thing” - so here I am.

Data coverage

Consistency is key: Cognism remains the leader in mobile phone data, unsurprisingly 

Mobile numbers continue to fuel our customers’ pipelines, from SMB to Enterprise requirements - as our coverage expands, so does your opportunity to forge relationships in areas you never thought you would.

We have continued to ramp up our mobile data in various regions - retaining our top spot as the #1 provider of mobile data on the market. In fact, we now have 2x more mobile numbers compared to alternatives in the US!

In the last three months alone, we have seen an increase across all of our regions and countries, including:

Web App

Usage Dashboard 

  • Allows admins to access reports on usage, exports, data coverage, user sessions, and more to track adoption across teams and potential ROI. 
  • Tracking key metrics like this uncovers pitfalls in current adoption and allows teams to understand where they can maximise the power of Cognism.

 

Refresh Button in Lists

  • Keeping track of job and company moves within your existing lists can be a chore, especially as it can happen so often. We’ve added a Refresh button to update that contact data, allowing you to stay ahead of the curve and advance your retargeting activities.

Intent Trend Filters

  • Our intent trend filters scan current search volumes related to your chosen topics over the previous week and allow you to filter your results by New, Increasing, Decreasing, or if there has been no change.

Extension

Sales Signals Tab

Company Events and Technologies move into a signals tab together with intent giving you the ability to search through technologies.

  • While prospecting over LinkedIn, SalesNav, websites or CRM, go to the Sales Signals tab on the Cognism Extension.
  • Enter a search term for the technology you are looking for.

Using the browser extension over HubSpot

  • If you don’t want to, you never have to leave your HubSpot CRM to get the best quality Cognism data. Our browser extension enriches your HubSpot records directly in app, keeping your database up-to-date and compliant so it’s ready to go at a moment’s notice.
    Our browser extension also works over Salesforce, Outreach and corporate websites. You can learn more about these functionalities in our previous product update blog.

Bulk Export for Accounts

  • Increase efficiency by exporting up to 25 companies at a time to your CRM, directly from the browser extension.

Integrations

The Zapier Integration

We’ve updated the Zapier integration. You can now integrate with Zapier, and build a zap to export Cognism data from your Lists in Prospector.

  • Use the integration with Zapier to create automation, allowing you to get the data you want into the tool of your choice.
