When I started researching sales intelligence tools, cost was one of the first things I looked at.
But if you’ve ever tried to compare pricing between data providers, you’ll know it’s rarely straightforward. Between vague terms, confusing credit systems and missing contract details, it can be tricky to know what you’re really paying for.
That’s definitely the case with Seamless AI. I noticed many users voicing frustration online about contract transparency and disappointing service, so I decided to dig in and find out exactly how Seamless AI pricing works.
I found across multiple verified sources and customer reviews that Seamless.AI bases its pricing on company size and a credit model.
Here’s the gist:
Basic plans start from around $147 per month when billed annually.
For larger companies (over 1,000 employees), it can reach around $91,900 per month.
There are four core plans to choose from:
| Plan | Pricing Structure | Credits | Sign-up |
| Free | Fixed | 50 credits (can earn more) | Website |
| Basic | Fixed | 250 monthly credits per user | Website |
| Pro | Custom | 1,000 daily credits for 5+ licences | Contact sales |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom daily credits per user | Contact sales |
Every plan includes:
Email addresses and mobile numbers.
Real-time search engine.
Export and download options.
Integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Knowledge base and email support.
Basic enterprise security and compliance.
Seamless.AI’s pricing model is based on three main factors:
According to sources across the web, Seamless.AI pricing is based on business size.
The basic package is estimated to start at $147 per month when billed annually.
For larger businesses with headcounts over 1,000, you’re looking at paying around $91,900 a month.
There are four pricing plans to choose from:

Each base package includes:
Because credits are consumed every time a user reveals or exports a contact, costs can escalate quickly, especially for high-volume teams or those needing international coverage.
You’ll have to pay more for additional users and credits, higher levels of support, advanced management and pitch intelligence.
Additional costs may apply for:
AI Writer.
Intent buyer data.
Job change alerts.
Prospecting automation.
Enrichment and list-building features.
This is where things got interesting. Seamless.AI’s pricing looks simple at first, but when you dig deeper, it’s not quite so clear-cut.
Many reviewers mentioned contract surprises. You’ll often pay more for:
Additional credits or user seats.
Advanced data enrichment.
Priority support.
One Reddit review (July 2025) described a similar experience. The user shared that the Pro plan costs $79 per user per month with 1,000 credits included, and additional packs cost $49 for 500 credits. They also tested the Enterprise plan, starting at $149 per user per month but requiring a minimum of five users, bringing the total to around $745 monthly.
They praised Seamless.AI’s email accuracy (around 85%) but said phone numbers were “hit or miss.” More importantly, they reported hitting their credit limit within weeks and ended up spending $177 per month after top-ups.
And according to another commenter on the same thread, prices already increased within the same month of that post:
“Had almost the exact same experience! … Ended up on their Pro plan too but at $89/month (maybe they raised prices since your experience?). The credit burn rate is real though. I was doing about 40 lookups per day and constantly running out mid-month. What finally made me switch was when I calculated I was spending $0.18 per verified contact. Apollo gives me similar accuracy for about $0.12 per contact.” (Reddit)
These user stories highlight the biggest issue with Seamless.AI’s pricing: it’s credit-driven, not usage-based. Once your credits are gone, you either have to buy more or upgrade your plan, which can quickly push costs higher than competing tools like Cognism, Apollo or ZoomInfo.
Why not speak to a provider who is transparent about pricing?👇
Seamless.AI is adequate for sales, marketing and recruitment teams looking to prospect in the US. However, due to the way Seamless structures its pricing, it might not be worth it if your teams require unrestricted credits and wider coverage for DNC list screening.
If you’re looking for a tool to make it easier to prospect across NAM, APAC and EMEA without limited credits, Cognism is for you.
Here’s what makes Cognism different from Seamless.AI:
In a recent satisfaction survey, software buyers who recently evaluated data enrichment tools scored Cognism higher than Seamless.AI. Some buyers said that Seamless needs to improve its data quality and that there is a lack of transparency in the sales process.
These are all factors Cognism excels at. In fact, in the most recent Forrester Wave report, Cognism scored 5/5 for geographic coverage of contact data and 5/5 in data security and privacy.
But don’t take our word for it!
Plandek had this to say about using Cognism:
Here’s a look at honest feedback on Seamless.AI pricing from public sources:
“Sometimes the data isn’t 100% accurate, so I have to double-check contacts. Also, the pricing can feel a bit high for smaller teams. A few more features or better filtering options would make it even better.” G2
“Sometimes Seamless.Ai had limited usage due to needing credits to find clients; it was very easy to run out of credits quickly.” Capterra
“Got a call and listened to the sales pitch. Have to make a decision the same day or you don't get the pricing. Was basically oversold something I don’t need and they aren’t willing to work with you. Just throw the contract that I already have a copy of back in my face.” Trustpilot
Many online reviewers complain about how challenging it can be to cancel a Seamless.AI contract.
Some users have allegedly been met with threats for speaking out about being unable to cancel, while others state that Seamless.AI makes the contract purposely hard to cancel.
Suppose you’re a Seamless.AI customer and want to terminate your contract. In this situation, you must navigate to your Seamless.AI Account>Billing Page>Modify Subscription and select to set your account not to renew at least 60 days before the contract renewal date agreed upon when you purchased. Once your request is submitted, its billing support team will contact you via email to confirm termination.
However, due to all the negative reviews, it’s probably best to do the above and provide written notice of non-renewal at least 67 days before your contract renewal date.
Seamless.AI can work fine for small US-focused teams. But for some users, the credit model, unpredictable billing and cancellation complaints are deal-breakers.
If you’re looking for a simple pricing structure without credit ceilings that’s also compliant and scalable, consider Cognism.
