Clearbit Pricing 2025: Full Cost Breakdown Explained

When I first looked into Clearbit pricing, I expected a simple plan and a flat monthly fee. But since its rebrand to Breeze Intelligence under HubSpot AI, the pricing structure has become far more layered. 

Between credit packs, HubSpot tiers, and add-on costs, it’s easy to underestimate your total spend. So here’s a full breakdown of what Clearbit really costs and what to look out for before you sign up.

Quick Clearbit pricing rundown:

Breeze Intelligence is an add-on feature for existing HubSpot users. It starts at $45/mo for an annual commitment, or $50/mo if you choose the monthly option.

This gives you 100 Breeze Intelligence credits and access to the Starter Customer Platform. 

So, depending on whether you have the Professional Customer Platform or the Enterprise Customer Platform, you could be set back around $1184 to $4135/mo annually. 

The Breeze Intelligence enhancement includes HubSpot’s Starter edition of Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Operations, and Commerce Hubs.

  • Data enrichment.
  • Buyer intent.
  • Form shortening.
  • Includes all Starter products.

How does Clearbit pricing work?

When I tested Clearbit, now rebranded as Breeze Intelligence under HubSpot AI, I wanted to understand what I was really paying for.

Here’s the short version:

  • Now part of the HubSpot AI product suite, Clearbit is Breeze Intelligence. 
  • It offers data enrichment tools natively within HubSpot’s ecosystem.
  • Pricing is fully tied to HubSpot’s platform tiers and can vary depending on your HubSpot subscription level and usage.

According to the HubSpot website, plans are based on a credit system. Credits unlock enriched data for a contact or company record.

  • Credits are sold in packs of 100, 1,000, or 10,000, depending on your selected monthly plan.
  • One credit is charged for each record enriched, manually or in bulk.
  • A credit is not charged for re-enriching any records already charged in that usage term.

How do Clearbit credits work?

  • Credits for Breeze Intelligence are sold in packs of 100, 1,000, or 10,000, depending on your selected monthly plan.
  • Clearbit pricing starts at $45/mo annually for 100 credits, so we can estimate that the larger packs may cost $450 and $4,500.

However, this is an estimate as credit pricing is unavailable to the public. 

Here’s how Breeze Intelligence credits work:

  • One credit is used for each record enriched, whether individually or in bulk.

Breeze Intelligence credits are used when employing the following features:

  • When you add new company records directly from intent form conversions using Breeze Intelligence form shortening.
  • Whenever you manually enrich a record. It will cost one credit per record.
  • When you continuously enrich existing records, this option is only available to customers purchasing larger Breeze Intelligence credit packs.

Any previously enriched data that the user or another integration hasn’t overwritten will not be charged a credit. 

Each Breeze Intelligence credit tier corresponds to a specific monthly usage period:

  • Monthly allocation credits are reset every 30 days and aligned with the subscription start date.
  • Rollover credits do not roll over to the subscription period.
  • Additional credits are available immediately for an extra charge.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current contractual commitment.

Is Clearbit worth the price?

Clearbit is good for marketing teams looking for email addresses and database enrichment. However, due to the way Breeze Intelligence structures its pricing, it might not be worth it if your teams require unrestricted credits, integrations, and wider coverage for DNC list screening.

How to cancel the Clearbit contract?

You can only cancel or downgrade your Breeze Intelligence credit packs at the end of your contractual commitment period.

If you’d like to cancel your HubSpot account, you can do the following: 

  • If your HubSpot account has a paid subscription, you have the option to disable the automatic renewal. This will cancel your subscription at the end of your commitment period. Once a subscription is cancelled, you may delete your account.
  • If you have a HubSpot account with Free Services, a HubSpot Developer Account, or a HubSpot Template Marketplace provider account, you can delete your account without needing to cancel a subscription.
  • If you’re a HubSpot Solutions Partner, you must contact your HubSpot Team to discuss any changes to your subscription or account.
