If H1 2026 was about putting our new foundations to work, Q3 was about taking them further. Further into your CRM. Further into compliance. And further into the tools your team now works with every day, including AI agents.
The problems haven't changed. CRM data decays. Opt-out and DNC obligations shift market by market. Reps lose time switching between tools. Admins cause prospecting delays when reps are waiting on setup. What changed this quarter is how much of that work Cognism now does for you – faster and more easily than ever.
The result is sharper data at the source, a CRM that grows rather than just stays clean, a compliance-first practice that continues to run in the background, and Cognism data wherever your team works.
Here's everything we shipped in Q3 2026, and why it matters.
Every list, search and enrichment job is only as good as the record underneath it. This quarter, we rebuilt key parts of how Cognism matches, locates and verifies data.
Say goodbye to the frustration of mislinked contacts. The new Experience Linker minimises the chances of contacts being associated with the wrong companies, ensuring reps target the right accounts and segmentation is more accurate.
We reworked how Cognism resolves company locations. Each company now resolves to a single, correctly chosen headquarter, improving HQ accuracy by around 14 percentage points. Country and territory targeting is sharper as a result.
We acquired and verified new European mobile numbers, backed by more sophisticated, signal-based quality scoring. That means more confidence before every dial, in the markets where other providers struggle most.
We removed duplicates, stale profiles, and inferred-data noise across the database. Fewer dead ends and record counts that reflect real, reachable people.
Selling into France or Germany means working with official company identifiers. Cognism now carries them. Identify, dedupe and enrich accounts by SIREN/SIRET in France and by Handelsregisternummer in Germany, directly in Cognism.
Coverage reaches around 95% of French companies and 85% of German companies. No more manual lookups in Pappers or Bundesanzeiger, cleaner account matching, and stronger support for KYB and data-quality obligations.
In H1, we introduced CRM Enrichment with a simple principle: see it, fix it, keep it fixed. In Q3, it reached general availability and gained a fourth step: grow it.
CRM Enrichment is now available for both Salesforce and HubSpot users. It gives teams a governed data-health layer: a live CRM Health Dashboard to see where records need attention, automated and scheduled enrichment jobs to fix them, and field-level controls so admins decide exactly what Cognism can update.
Enrichment now does more than maintain your CRM. Net New Contacts finds relevant people at your existing accounts, based on the personas and criteria you define, and adds them directly to your CRM. A credit-spend preview shows the cost before any job runs.
The result is whitespace coverage on autopilot. Buying committees fill out. Reps get new entry points into accounts they already know.
Enterprise CRMs are large, and security teams rarely want all their data moving between systems. Selective Data Import now lets customers choose exactly which CRM fields to import, then filter out specific records by list, date range or field value. Preview before importing, and only sync the changes.
Cognism now requests only the CRM permissions each user role needs. Integration set-up moves through IT review faster, without excessive access requests delaying it.
Compliant prospecting should not depend on someone remembering to check a list. This quarter, more of it runs automatically.
Three releases close the loop on opt-outs:
Slovakia joined Cognism's automated Do Not Call (DNC) screening this quarter. Teams expanding across Central and Eastern Europe can prospect with the same confidence they have at home.
Revenue work no longer happens in one tab, but simplifying your reps day-to-day is the best way to improve productivity. This quarter, Cognism data started reaching the places your team already works.
The Cognism MCP connects Cognism search and company data directly to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. Ask an agent to research an account, find the right contacts, or enrich a list, and it pulls verified Cognism data into your workflow. Connect Cognism MCP with the custom URL in your settings, subject to your AI assistant and admin controls.

The Cognism API lets teams pull Cognism data straight into their own systems and workflows. No more manual exports, and downstream tools stay continuously up to date.
Several releases are already in beta or rolling out:
Look across this quarter, and the direction is clear. Cognism is no longer just a platform your team visits just to find and action contacts. It is the trusted data layer that runs across your CRM, compliance workflows, and preferred AI tools.
Sharper matching and verification mean every workflow starts from a better record. Enrichment means your CRM grows, not just stays clean. Automated opt-outs and DNC mean compliant prospecting scales with you. And with MCP and the new API, Cognism data is accessible wherever your team works.
